We need your help advocating on high-priority issues impacting healthcare districts. Elected officials respond to the needs of their constituent. Therefore, it is essential that legislators hear from the healthcare districts they represent. Help us share the real impacts of legislation on district services and the health of California's communities.

ATTENTION: PLEASE HELP ACHD GET AB 869 (Wood) SIGNED INTO LAW

Join ACHD in requesting the Governor's signature on AB 869 (Wood) which would offer a delay to qualifying small, rural, critical access, distressed hospital loan recipients and public district hospitals with regard to meeting the Hospital Seismic Safety Act 2030 deadline.

AB 869 has made it to the Governor's desk and is now awaiting signature. Letters are due to the Governor's legislative unit by COB Friday, September 6, 2024.
